"STOLEN BIRTHRIGHTS" or Are They Really Stolen?

Greetings Family and Friends! Welcome back we are coming to a close in the lesson pertaining to “Stolen Birthrights.” There’s one more after this lesson.

My Lord God and King! Thank You for this day in our daily portion of our daily bread! Help my minds eye to see in Scripture and understand Your Word according to Your Will and Way for me to live a life full of the Lord’s Knowledge and revelation in Jesus Name A`-men and a`-men.

Lesson: “Stolen Birthrights” or are they really stolen?

Look at Gen. 25:32 from the NLT bible “Look, I’m dying of starvation!” said Esau. “What good is my birthright to me now?” v.33 So Jacob insisted, “Well then, swear to me right now that it is mine.” So Esau swore an oath, thereby selling all his rights as the first born to his younger brother. In v.34 “Then Jacob gave Esau some bread and lentil stew. Esau ate and drank and went on about his business, indifferent to the fact that he had given up his birthright.”

So often a time in today’s society we see in our homes, our neighborhoods, at auction where people are literally forfeiting what was left to them after a love one has died; or we see how family’s begin to fight and quarrel over who’s getting what after the death of a father or a mother. We allow all to be stolen; maybe taken or it all simply becomes forfeited by a desired hunger or thirst for something that will be passed through our temple and put in the toilet or become trashed because it really holds no sentimental value at all as it held to the one whom elected and gave the gift to a certain person.

As we look on down the family generational line of Jacob; we find Jacob’s son Joseph; his favorite son of twelve sons because Joseph had been born to him in his old age. So one day he gave Joseph a special gift a beautiful robe.

Joseph’s brothers hated Joseph because of their father’s partiality. They couldn’t say a kind word to him. Joseph would always tell on his brothers when they were doing wrong; so yes! Jacob saw Joseph as a wonderful child full of honesty, love and was anointed by God almighty with the gift of prophecy.

Then came one day Joseph was sent to see what his brothers were doing and was told by his father Jacob to report back to tell what they were up to. The brothers saw Joseph coming and planned to kill him, but instead they sold him to a bunch of traders for twenty pieces of silver, and the Ishmaelite traders took him (Joseph) along to Egypt; and Joseph became a slave.  Q. Did Joseph lose his birthrights or rights to being chosen?

If you look at this with the eyes of God's Holy Spirit you would be able to say no; but if you looked at this story with the eyes of a natural carnal minded person you would probably say yes!

That was then and this is now! There comes a time when a person’s soul comes up for trade; going against all morals of just and right. Children are still being sold off in slavery to this day! Due to sexual porn desires and drinks of alcohol, or a hit of crack, or whatever their drug of choice is. An addictive personality causes abuse to a person that forces them to forfeit all their goods of having a well balanced life. Some people are so bad off that they lose homes, cars, jewelry; stolen items are taken when they’ve run out of things they once owned all for the “SINFUL NATURE OF SELF GRATIFYING THE STARVING ADDICTION.

ADULTS ARE LIKE CHILDREN, WHEN THEY ARE IN TRADE OF THEIR SOUL FOR SIN. THEY ARE WEAK AND DEPENDENT ON A SUBSTANCE; BUT THEIRS A FATHER IN HEAVEN WE CAN DEPEND ON IS STRONG, LOVING, JUST, AND PERFECT. We have to stop allowing the desire of drugs being our favorite choice over God Almighty, stop choosing sex, over salvation, stop choosing death over life. Stop allowing your birthrights to be stolen when God has already PRE-ordained your destiny.

"STOLEN BIRTHRIGHTS" Continued

Greetings to all! Welcome back to family and friends bible study! We are studying the “Stolen Birthrights of Esau in Genesis 27; But are the "Rights" really Esau’s to claim?”

Father God, we come to You on today with our hearts ready to receive our blessings from You, blessings that only You can give as our beloved Father that has given us the Spiritual birthrights we all have as Your children of the righteous. A`-men and a`-men

Lesson: “Stolen Birthrights”

In Revelations 3: 8 it speaks of spiritual doors that God opens and can’t any man shut (please read). You see Jacob was the heir to God’s promises through Abraham (see Gen. 24; 25:23, 29-33), but they were trying to make God’s program happen through their deceit. This lesson is so heartbreaking to me, because so many children suffer at the hands of natural parents do to one child being favored more than another. A child sees this happening in the natural; not fully understanding it all, but they feel sad due to indifference. Most neither children nor do some parents understand the spiritual take it holds for all their lives.

To see how the enemy of envy, malice, strife, discord and greed that was flowing through Rebekah (twin’s mother), this was a devastating spiritual blow of division that was allowed by God. God made it more interesting by allowing the enemy to push the spiritual buttons of Rebekah; trying to get her to force the serving hand of God by way of deceit when she didn’t have to.

What prompt Rebekah’s mind into a manipulating game on Isaac? It was the fact of uncertainty because Isaac was the man of the house that made decisions. He was somewhat over riding the long ago promise of God through Abraham to Jacob; all because of the husband parent trying to change what was already written in the heart of God for Jacob.

Esau and Jacob’s mother Rebekah played a very big part in the deception between the son’s and the father Isaac. I believe the brother Jacob had grown despiteful and resentful toward Esau by listening to their father Isaac which made Jacob want what was already his through Abraham by a promise given by God.

But because a natural parent spoke words that appeared to be okay to take away.“BIRTHRIGHTS” are now threatened to be stolen, so Rebekah out of anger jumped to defend what was wrongfully on the verge of being “STOLEN”. She saw an unjust about to take place against the one she favored (Jacob) who was the rightful heir to the promise.

So Rebekah and Jacob were trying to make God’s program happen through their deceit. What this says to me is that Rebekah should have joined her son in prayer to God and went to Isaac to plead with him to do what was right according to the already made promise by God through Abraham for Jacob; also if Isaac and Rebekah had not allowed any of this to take place through favoritism spiritual entities would not have entered in the family’s love nor the marriage of husband and wife nor would the enemy been given a place in any of their hearts and souls.  Favoritism is what set all this in motion!

See how the enemy stirred Rebekah’s soul and ruffled her feathers to a point of spiritual manipulation and deceit came upon her and it involved her son’s to grieve in more ways than one. Parents divided in spirit and in the marriage, due to one parent wanting what was right (Rebekah) which raises a question in my mind; did she love or favored Jacob more because he was chosen by God?

Then there’s Esau, why did Isaac take Esau as his favorite, was it because he was a out doors man or was it because Isaac didn’t want Esau to be left out of receiving a blessing from him (Isaac)? When a parent says they’re going to do something for a child and it catches root and grows in the soul of thought in that child well when it’s time to collect and it doesn’t happen only due to it not being right from the beginning well that child becomes very angry because (dad said I could have it), but it rightfully didn’t belong to you, and the child knew it didn’t, but because dad said it. This says too much honor went into the words of a natural father and not enough honor to what God had already promised to the rightful heir.

"FORFEIT/ STOLEN BIRTHRIGHTS"

Welcome back to Family and Friends Bible Study! I’m Minister Evangelist Lorraine Munerlyn, with a word in my mouth to give to God’s people; a word that will help you to see life difficult times when things are stolen do to a spiritual thief by way of manipulation, under mindedness, being led by people you learn to trust, people that are suppose to love you because their family and or friend.

Heavenly Father, Thank You for another day full of Your Love, and Forgiveness for all wrongs done toward my family and me, please forgive me in all I have done wrong to any family member or to anyone I’ve offended! Help me Lord God to make amends to all I have hurt in Jesus Christ Name; and loose You’re Forgiveness and Peace to us all. A`-men!

Lesson: Forfeit / Stolen Birthrights

In the story about Jacob stealing Esau’s blessing it is found in Genesis 27, but if we back up a little bit and go to Genesis 25:29-34 in these verses we hear how Jacob first opened up a spiritual door that would cause Esau to forfeit his birthrights as the first born (oldest son) Esau was the oldest of his twin (Jacob). Esau was a hunter; Jacob stayed near home with Rebekah the twin’s mother; so Jacob learned to cook like his mother.

In bible days, the oldest son or “only son” was naturally the one to inherit or receive the blessings of a natural father upon the father’s death. Esau forfeits his birthrights due to over working himself as a diligent hunter! He would be on the verge of starving for a cooked meal do to his admirable desire to hold out until he returned home from the hunt of fresh wild game caught from the open country.

 Esau forfeits his birthrights by coming into an agreement with Jacob due to Esau’s desire to gratify his hunger with food; so it is in the gratification of feeding the hunger that caused Esau to forfeit his inheritance. Wow!   Let’s look at the twin’s parents.

Jacob and Esau’s parents; Isaac and Rebekah, often allowed the end to justify the means. In facing difficult situations, Isaac and Rebekah often lied to avoid their problems. Both of them alienated each other by playing favorites with their sons.

Father God remains faithful even in their faithless. God’s promises and plans are bigger than we can ever ask for or imagine; playing favorites is harmful in a family.

Isaac loved Esau the best, while Rebekah favored Jacob. Showing favoritism split this family in two and set the stage for further conflict and deception. Now with the stage of deception being set Jacob takes sides with his mother Rebekah that plans to deceive both Esau her oldest son and her husband Isaac.

Now that the spirit of deception is set to kill, steal, and destroy the family; this spirit deceives one or the other, but in reality they only end up hurting themselves individually and collectively as a family! They took no thought to how their actions might hurt others which is very selfish and not of God our Lord and Savior at all. For we do not serve a selfish God, but we serve a giving God that gave us His Only Begotten Son Jesus Christ.

In today’s time these selfish games of deception are still being played in families a world over. Family bake offs, family game competing that opens the door to sibling rivalry that pushes a child to do what ever it takes to get the most attention and affection from a parent; and it all boils down to self gratification that ends up in hating each other with an attitude that could end up literally killing; especially if God is not found in the heart of the family.

The sad thing is in this moment of self gratification of Esau’s hungry stomach he verbalizes a yes, to Jacob which gave the okay in surrendering to a forfeiting of birthrights for “FOOD.” When these spiritual door’s come open through our actions whether in words spoken or in physical doings; we should not allow ourselves to interfere with what God intends to do through the promise He already made according to His promised WORD to Abraham. Gen.24

"LOSING BIRTHRIGHTS"

WELCOME back to Family and Friends Bible Study! I’m Minister Evangelist Lorraine Munerlyn, and with the help of the Holy Spirit we will be ministering in words that will bless your soul, heart and mind.

Dear Lord and God, a thousand tongues are not enough to say how I thank You for saving my family from the destructions of the world that lies and kills all You birth to procreate in replenishing our families and land. God You’ve kept us from self destruction as well as sickness and disease. A`-men!

Lesson: “Losing Your Birthright”

In the course of studying for and teaching “Fallen from Heaven” I came into another revelation of how God Almighty never took His eyes off the very thing that became filled with darkness to Him. When the “Devil” lost his “Birthrights” he no longer had heaven as his home, no longer had the heavenly name “Lucifer,” he no longer carried the things God had given him; please look again at Rev. 18:21-24. Then go back to Gen. 1:1-3 God had given him a place in the formless mass that was cloaked in darkness. A`-men!

God never throws anything away; He makes use of everything that He created even the devil and all his antics of evil intension. A`-men! In my spiritual imagination I believe God’s brooding over the dark vapors was Him studying the very thing He put out of heaven which almost  turned useless, but in all of His Holiness of being the omnicompetent creator of all creation; He recycled the mass of dark vapors and desired a “new beginning” to come forth from the ruins of the fallen “son of the morning” (fallen darken angels).

Even in the fall of Adam and Eve, God promised hope and healing for us when he told the serpent that the offspring of the women would crush his head. When people continued to disobey, God sent the Flood as judgment for their sinfulness. After the Flood, God again promised victory and confirmed that promise with a rainbow. Then the people rejected God again, building a great tower as a memorial of their PRIDE. God confused their languages. (God just doesn’t throw anyone or anything away). A`-men!

AS I SAID BEFORE “HE DISMISSES, BUT HE DOES NOT DISREGARD.”

When the shift took place in heaven; upon “Lucifer” losing his birthrights, losing his glory in God Almighty, God just refuse to tolerate foolishness. Even we the people of God as called born again “sons of God” that are the light of the Lord in the earth; Romans 8:14 is for us “For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the  "son of God" A`-men! When you refuse or reject God Almighty you become a darken fallen angel in the earth and your no longer led by the Spirit of God. Losing for a moment in time your “BIRTHRIGHT”

Satan (devil) is attacking people a world over, trying to destroy them and steal their birthrights as sons of God; trying to destroy their dreams, and visions of wealthy lives, he’s moving upon the people of the world and working out his evil plan of demise (seeking the earth to and fro whom he may devour that are NOT spirit led children of God through Jesus Christ, being born again of water baptism and filled with the precious empowering Holy Ghost (Spirit of Christ Jesus); where the Spirit gives witness through the Blood of Jesus Christ becoming a born again "son of God."

Those that are Spirit led are reconnected to their joint heir ship birthrights as the new “sons of God” (angels) in the earth that comes up against spiritual darkness in this world. The devil tries to toil with our souls (mind), by stirring up confusion, and hate for one another, division within ourselves, and our families causing us to feel un- happy; he (Devil ) goes up and down in the earth (you are the earth), and the devil is trying to beat God Almighty at the eternal gift of life that your soul carries. The enemy wants to lead your souls into an eternity of hell  pertaining to who you have become in this life of miss-conception on not understanding who you are in God “Fearfully and wonderfully made in the image of a Holy God and King of the universe” (Read Ps. 139:14). A`-men!
